PURPOSE
The Naples Shrine is a voluntary association formed for the purpose of promoting the fellowship, principles and philanthropy of " THE ANCIENT ARABIC ORDER OF THE NOBLES OF THE MYSTIC SHRINE ". Our membership is open to all Shriners in good standing in a legally chartered Temple of the Imperial Council A.A.O.N.M.S. Guests and their ladies as well as any members of the Craft bodies of Freemasonry are always welcome at our meetings. (See information below) The membership dues are $20.00 annually and there is no initiation fee.
MEETINGS
The Naples Shrine Club meets on the 3rd Thursday of the month ( from October to April) at 6:00 p.m. for attitude adjustment followed by dinner at 6:30 p.m. The Club also meets the 3rd Friday of the month ( May to Sept.) at 12 Noon for a luncheon. All meetings are held at THE GLADES COUNTRY CLUB 19TH HOLE situated at 127 Teryl Rd. Naples.
(This is located off Palm Drive to the right a few blocks north of Bells Store on U.S. 41 East) . The Executive Board meets at 9:00 a.m. the 2nd Thursday of each month for breakfast at THE GLADES COUNTRY CLUB 19TH HOLE.
NEWSLETTER
A Newsletter is sent out to each member monthly which informs them of all Club activities. In addition it informs them of the menu choices for that particular meeting.
The members make their choice one week before the meeting and call Carol or Tom Stuart at 239-598-9829 with that choice. The current cost of a meal is $20.00/person and is paid by cash or check at the door. The Glades Country Club is a cashless club. In other words all refreshments or requests are paid for by debit or credit card only.
